01 General Terms & Eligibility

Bit1 is an online gaming and betting platform serving adult users across multiple countries. These Terms & Conditions apply to the bit1 website, mobile application, and all associated services.

These terms and conditions are provided in Bangla for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall prevail.

02 Account Registration & Management

Opening an account on bit1 is completely free. You are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Creating an account using false information is considered a violation of these Terms & Conditions.

Account Rules

• Each individual may only hold one account. If multiple accounts are found linked to the same person, all accounts will be closed and any remaining balance may be forfeited.
• Keep your password confidential. Account sharing is strictly prohibited.
• The user is solely responsible for the security of their account.
• Selling, transferring, or allowing third parties to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• To update your information, please contact the support team.

You may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned following verification.

03 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bit1 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations. This verification process is essential to maintaining a safe and transparent environment.

Documents Required for Verification

KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours. Withdrawals may be limited while verification is pending.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on bit1 are supported through popular payment methods in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted channels.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200
• Deposits are generally instant. In the event of network issues, processing may take up to 30 minutes.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless a technical error is proven.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (for KYC-verified accounts)
• Processing time: typically 5–15 minutes; larger amounts may take up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the original deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance.

05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bit1 regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• The welcome bonus wagering requirement is 30x (bonus + deposit), unless otherwise stated in the promotion.
• Wagering requirements must generally be completed within 30 days of activating the bonus.
• Each promotion is available once per account.
• Winnings earned using a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been met.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or IP address claiming bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Bit1 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

06 Betting Rules

Bit1 offers a wide range of games including Sports Betting, casino, Live Casino, and crash games. Each category has its own set of rules.

Sports Betting

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled or suspended, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Bit1 reserves the right to void any bet placed with odds affected by a technical error.
• Match fixing or placing bets using insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Bit1 is not liable for bets that are cancelled due to connectivity issues during live betting.

Casino & Slots

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator), independently audited by a third party.
• If you get disconnected during a game, it will be marked as incomplete and your bet will either be refunded or the game will be completed.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bit1 platform. Violations may result in account termination and forfeiture of balance:

• Creating multiple accounts or managing an account in someone else's name.
• Abusing the bonus system or creating an account solely to collect bonuses.
• Using automated bots, software, or scripts to play games.
• Any form of fraud, card counting, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or attempting to defraud other users.
• Using the company's intellectual property or content without authorisation.

08 Responsible Gaming

Bit1 believes gaming should be entertainment, not an addiction. We are committed to promoting responsible gaming and the following tools are always available for your convenience:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on your deposits.
• Loss Limit: Gaming will automatically stop if your losses exceed a set amount.
• Session Limit: Set a maximum duration for your gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Close your account to permanently stop gaming activity.

• In the event of a dispute, both parties will first attempt to resolve the matter through mutual discussion.
• If any part of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
